By applying complementary therapy approaches, you will develop skills and positive patterns of self-care and trust, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I enter each session with a genuine interest in your well-being. Listening to your experiences, thoughts and feelings allows me to partner with you through the therapeutic process and help you realize your goals. Skilled in many therapeutic approaches, I tailor sessions specifically to each person's needs. Some therapies utilized are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), The Sedona Method, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness practices.
